1. Returns & Eligibility
You have 14 days from the delivery date to return an item.
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and free of any stains (including makeup).
Items should be packaged securely for return, but original packaging is not required.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item does not meet these conditions.
2. Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:
1. Repack the item securely in suitable packaging.
2. Fill out the return form and include it inside the package. The form can be downloaded from our website or prin.
3. Ship the package via PostNL to the following address:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
- Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable.
- Items that are worn, damaged, or missing tags will not be accepted.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.
6. Lost or Delayed Returns
If your return package is lost in transit, please contact PostNL directly. We are not responsible for lost returns.
