·         Netherlands: Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days after dispatch.

·         Other EU Countries: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

·         International (outside the EU): Estimated delivery time is 7-14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

·         Netherlands: Free shipping from 100.

·         Other EU Countries: Standard shipping costs depend on your location and will be calculated at checkout. Free shipping on orders above €150.

·         International: Shipping costs depend on the destination and will be calculated at checkout. Free shipping on orders above €250.

4. Order Tracking

·         Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

·         You can track your package using the link provided or through the carrier’s website.

5. Lost or Delayed Shipments

·         If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

·         If the tracking information shows a delay or no update, please contact the shipping carrier for further details.

6. Incorrect or Damaged Items

·         If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at customerservice@planetnoori.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

·         Please include your order number, photos of the incorrect or damaged item, and a description of the issue.

7. Customs & Import Duties

·         For international orders, customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

·         We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures in the destination country.
